Job Description
- Manages, coaches and motivates a team of territory/account managers to ensure achievement of sales targets within assigned territories
- Utilizing in-depth understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant medical products as it relates to the business
- Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers while building and utilizing the relationships with customers in assigned areas
- Supports sales activities of territory/account managers in complex selling situations while executing short-term plans for the assigned areas
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Progressive sales experience and profound medical devices industry experience
- Expertise of the assigned product portfolio, addressing customer needs and comparing to competitor offerings
- Understand BU direction, target and the competitive landscape of assigned areas
- In-depth understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant medical products as it relates to the business
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
- Works independently without close supervision
