OPERATION MANAGER (AIR FREIGHT)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of export & import of airfreight shipments.
- Collaborate with various departments within the airfreight division to optimize procedures and minimize inefficiencies.
- Lead the implementation of new business initiatives. Comprehend customer needs and spearhead business implementation efforts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure employees receive the necessary training to perform their tasks and achieve excellence.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for the airfreight department
- Maintain records of team training activities for airfreight team
Requirements:
- Min GCE “O” Level
- Min 5 years of airfreight experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
