A takeaway cafe at Science Park Drive is looking to hire 2 baristas to serve espresso-based coffee and local Nanyang coffee.
Job Description & Duties:
1. Follow SOP for set up and closing of coffee bar
2. Serve coffee to office workers in Ascent building
3. Assist in cashiering, washing up and keeping cafe clean at all times
4. Possess a valid hygiene certificate
5. Experienced in making espresso-based coffee. Must know how to operate La Marzocco coffee machine, pull espresso shots, steam milk and latte art
6. Knowledge of local/Nanyang coffee preferred but not compulsory. Training will be provided for those with no experience.
7. Ordering from suppliers, keep stock and inventory
8. Show initiative and pro-activeness
9. Ability to work well with others
10. Exhibit attention to details and willing to converse with customers
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (730am to 5pm)
Weekends and Public Holidays CLOSED
