Le Petit Society is a leading baby and kids clothing brand committed to crafting high-quality, sustainable products designed with children and families in mind. We are seeking a creative Junior Fashion Designer who is passionate about bringing product illustrations to life. Our designers work closely with the founders to create new products to serve our valued customers who appreciate our design thinking and product quality. Our products range from baby/kids clothing to adult clothing, as well as lifestyle products.
Responsibilities:
- Design of kids and adult clothing, and lifestyle products such as bags and accessories
- Sketching, producing technical drawings and tech packs
- Developing/Creating prints and graphics for our product offerings, including apparel, swaddles, bags and other accessories
- Sourcing and selecting of fabrics and materials
- Seeing products through from initial illustrations to the creation of samples and finished products
- Conceptualising launch campaigns together with the marketing team
- Assisting with embroidery work for the personalisation of our products
Requirements:
- At least two years of working experience in product and/or fashion design, or a relevant field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in sketching/illustration, passionate about bringing product drawings to life
- Experience in sewing and working with textiles
- Experience in graphic design and photography are a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus to communicate with our Chinese suppliers.
- Fashion forward and able to spot what resonates with consumers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays
- 9am to 6pm
