We are looking for an experienced Service Director to control and overseas all service operations both locally and overseas. You will be the highest ranking in the Service Department and will be responsible for the overall success of the Service Department.
The ideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to steer the Service Department to the most profitable direction while implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential
Responsibilities:
- Provide Strategic advice to HQ in Japan so that they wil have the accurate view of the market and company's future
- Delegate responsibilites and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
- Analyze problematic situations and occurences and provide solutions to ensure company's survival and growth
- Operation and Management of Subsidiaries reference to Service Support in South East Asia and South Asia and Middle East
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as Service Director or other Managerial Position
- Demonstrate experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance and Measures of Performance
- Excellent Organisational and Leadership Skills
- Outstanding communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Oustanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields
- Knowledge of Japanese is essential as supporting Japanese Customers and communications with HQ in Japan
- Knowledge and job experience with analytical instruments company
