Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all production activities to meet production schedule in Batam.
· Review the production processes and manage the budget to eliminate wastage and achieve cost effectiveness.
· Implement continuous improvement plan to improve operational efficiency.
· Ensure operations comply strictly with production procedure, safety and quality standard, and meet regulatory requirements.
· Work with other department in standardization and cost reduction.
· Manage ISO and customers audit.
· Train and improve the skills & abilities of production staff.
· Formulate annual budgetary and production plan.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
· At least 10 years of working experience in production department, with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill.
· Be culturally sensitive.
· Proficient in Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking).
· Knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN concept is an added advantage.
· Past working experience in strong regulatory compliance organization is an added advantage.
· Able to be assigned or stationed in Indonesia Batam.
