Responsibilities:
- Assist in accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing
- Submit daily cash flow report
- Submit expense claims via Azalea
- Support month-end journals, schedules and reconciliation of general ledger to monthly reported balances
- Perform bank and intercompany reconciliation
- Back up support for the senior accountant
- Assist in preparation of monthly management reports
- Assist in annual budget exercise
- Prepare monthly employee payroll
- Participate in system enhancements
- Support company events and Semicon Sea convention
- Oversee the warehouse operation and inventory management
- Assist in the general administrative purchasing duties
- Provide ad-hoc assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 year’s relevant working experience
- Computer literate with high proficiency in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
- Preferable in experience in MYOB or accounting software
- Back up support for the senior accountant
- Good working attitude and self-motivated
- Meticulous
- A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
