Shiseido Asia Pacific's Digital & Ecommerce team is hiring for 4 internship positions under their respective pillars (Consumer and Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM).
This will be a 6 months internship from Jan to Jun 2025. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the internship full-time.
MAIN PURPOSE
To provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to regional CRM initiatives, roadmap and projects including (but not limited to): loyalty management system Kizuna, loyalty program management, customer engagement personalization journey, basic to advanced analytics and ad hoc projects.
The position will work alongside Digital & Ecommerce, ICT and Legal department, Regional Brands team as well as local CRM and brands team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the platform enhancement of Shiseido Group regional loyalty management system
- Assist in loyalty program standardization for Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute and NARS.
- Assist in creation of regional creative assets in collaboration with regional brand teams
- Assist in dashboards and reports enhancement on loyalty management system Kizuna
- Assist in CRM KPI reporting on monthly basis.
- Compile best practices playbooks on CRM recruitment, campaigns, and member engagement, communications, and personalisation
- Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and potential growth opportunities
- Work alongside Regional CRM Manager to drive CRM strategy in Pureplayers such as Lazada and Shopee
- Support CRM team in planning meeting agenda with global, regional and local stakeholders
- Support on any ad-hoc tasks where necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to learn with an inquisitive mind, asking the right questions
- A team player who is comfortable and happy to contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently with supervision
- Multilingual in one other Asian language will be an added bonus
