Responsibilities:
- Operate 4-5 axis CNC Vertical Milling Machines and Horizontal Boring Machines.
- Set up machines accurately, including tooling, fixtures, and workpieces, based on engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Keep up with the housekeeping requirements at the workstation.
- Carries out duties as assigned by Foreman.
Requirements:
- Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre.
- Understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications and process documentation.
- Min ITE Technical Certificate, preferably in Precision Metal Machining.
