Role and Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate and assist in daily operation of the M&E services, such as carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and up-keep of the estate's common area
- To perform weekly check on the estate's M&E system, including minor troubleshooting on failure of systems
- To carry out minor troubleshoot on any failure on the M&E systems
- To maintain a proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical accessories and materials purchase
- To respond to ad-hoc complaints received from the Management office from time to time
- To respond and attend to all emergency calls, and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of M&E equipment within the estate's common area
- To ensure that service contractor conduct the servicing properly and in accordance to the service contract
- To follow external contractors that is at site to carry out routine servicing
- To attend to any other job function on M&E related issues that may be assigned from time to time
- To carry out minor items of repair and handyman job, such as repair of fixtures / fittings and touch up painting
Requirements:-
- GCE O Level / NTC 2/3 or Nitec / HigherNitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Building
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
