Responsibilities
· Collate best practices/common errors
· Maintain FAQ on Sharepoint
· Run Power Query & Macro to generate daily SPI
· Assist sales staff to access client info (might need to work on weekends based on requirement)
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills/Requirement
· Minimum Diploma Holder
· At least 1 year’s experiences is preferable but not a must
· Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
· Proficient in MS Office Applications especially MS Excel
· Excellent time management skills and prioritize workloads within tight deadlines
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
