We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Rider Growth Analyst for our team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!


About the job

You will be based in Singapore and will report to the Lead, Rider Growth. Your role is to improve rider acquisition throughput (leads, conversion rates etc.) through experimentations and innovation. You will also assist in tasks which ensure smooth running of our day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Main owner of Rider Growth KPIs, initiating and executing projects with the aim of improving said KPIs
  • Identify and solve problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large and complex sets of data, conducting tests and experiments to validate hypotheses
  • Forecast, manage and define the allocation strategy for rider acquisition & growth budget
  • Analyze and track the performance of campaigns and incentives related to rider supply, with a focus on cost and performance optimization
  • Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs
  • Improve quality, conversion rates and lead times of the rider onboarding workflow with a focus on automation, digitalization and cost optimization
  • Develop models to anticipate supply needs on a zonal level, as well as daily/weekly growth achievements
  • Ideate and conceptualize the design and messaging of creatives for rider acquisition purposes, consistently monitoring performance marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with the regional team to ensure effective product roll outs
  • Identify product features improvements and bugs for resolution to enhance rider onboarding and rider app experience
  • Ensure compliance with the government regulations and company policies and coordinate regular training/testing for the Logistics team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in data analytics and enjoys working with large and complex sets of data
  • Proactive, strong problem solving skills with the eagerness to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to leadership/ C-Suite
  • Excellent SQL and Excel skills, Python is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Tableau (or any BI reporting tool)
  • Experience with marketing & growth analytics (good to have)
