We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Position Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with clients, and exploring new markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the import/export and courier industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Monitor and track sales performance, KPIs, and targets to ensure business objectives are met.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and brand presence.
- Perform additional duties as required by management to support business development goals.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the import/export, logistics, or courier industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, with a keen understanding of market trends and business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required to liaise with China-based clients).
