We are an established import/export and courier company located in the east, currently expanding our operations. We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Position Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with clients, and exploring new markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the expansion of a well-established company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the import/export and courier industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, KPIs, and targets to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and brand presence.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management to support business development goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the import/export, logistics, or courier industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a keen understanding of market trends and business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required to liaise with China-based clients).
