a. To prepare specifications and to call quotations for minor works for the common properties.
b. To advise on selection of contractors for minor works.
c. To supervise all minor repairs and maintenance works undertaken by contractors.
d. To ensure that the building and all the equipment installed are properly maintained.
e. To recommend any improvement works that will enhance the general appearance and image of the building.
f. To convene and record proceedings of any meetings.
g. To establish and maintain good rapport among occupiers and subsidiary proprietors.
h. To maintain and grow a portfolio of estates
i. To attend to any emergency/ad-hoc situations as may arise.
Applicants are expected to be able to work independently, and to ensure their assigned portfolio of estates are well-maintained. Renumeration is consummerate with the size of the portfolio assigned.
Literacy in English is a MUST. Administrative work is MANDATORY.
Applicants are expected to travel between multiple sites under their portfolio. The job posting is for Roving Staff.
