Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Client Communication Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries across various channels, including B2B partnerships, social media, WhatsApp, and website communications.
- Manage a diverse travel product portfolio, including cruise, yacht, and land-based offerings.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the client's policies and proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Drive high conversion rates through systematic follow-up on inquiries.
- Uphold exceptional service standards and response times.
Strategic Account Management
- Partnership Development
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with business partners.
- Consistently deliver excellent service through prompt and effective communication.
Tour Planning and Management
- Tour Design & Coordination
- Develop compelling and competitive travel proposals tailored to each tour request.
- Coordinate seamlessly with tour operators, product suppliers, and transportation providers.
- Oversee end-to-end tour planning and execution.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility in supporting departmental objectives and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education of GCE 'O' or 'N' level.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Openness to overseas travel, if required.
- Strong orientation towards customer service.
