Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts to specifications
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Moulding tools and robot setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding machines, identifying and addressing the root causes of problems.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Maintain details records of machine operations, performance, and maintenance activities.
- Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least secondary graduates, with experience as an Injection Molding Machine Technician.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of injection molding principles, machine mechanics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and production specifications.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machine-specific equipment.
