- Provide administrative support to Medical Director & Senior Manager.
- Plan rosters to ensure optimal medical staff at the medical centres.
- Coordinate doctors’ and locums’ timesheets.
- Day-to-day administrative work and planning for future improvements / projects/research..
- Work closely with Senior Manager to plan, and coordinate delivery of daily work.
- Coordinate and participate in periodic meetings, sending out supporting documentation (agenda), take and distribute meeting notes, and any administrative follow-up actions as required.
- Record minutes at meetings and archive them accordingly.
- To support training needs for Doctors and Nurses.
- Ensure Doctors working in the medical centres are certified and hols relevant certifications to practice safely e.g. BCLS + AED, Indemnity, etc.
- Undertake any other appropriate duties when required as delegated by Senior Manager.
- Conduct on-site engagement visits to medical centres (including migrant workers medical centres) for key updates and discussions with Doctors.
- Collate data, representation of results, and documentation of report.
