Warehouse Admin

Ingrasys (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:


· Focal point for all shipment inquiries (Inbound, Outbound & MRB).

· Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfillment.

· Order generation in SAP & WMS.

· Oversee documentation flow and record retention.

· Consolidate requirements for operating consumables.

· Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to counterpart and the warehouse in charge

· Compliance with RBA


Requirements:


• Min “O” Level

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences

• Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system and order fulfillment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel

• Microsoft – Word, & Excel, Customer Service Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, QC Tools & PDCA.

• Team player, meticulous, customer-focused, dedicated

• Good written & spoken communication skills
