Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
- Offer strategic guidance and mentorship to ensure effective implementation by the team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the overall business strategy, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Comprehend clients' business objectives and create programs, pitches, plans, and strategy decks in alignment.
- Manage reputational risks and uphold agency integrity during challenging situations.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Tailor PR campaigns based on a deep understanding of clients' industries, goals, and challenges.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and results delivery.
- Lead media/influencer relations efforts, fostering connections with top-tier outlets and influencers.
- Supervise content development, including pitches, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of PR with other business functions.
- Provide leadership to the PR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Manage operational aspects, ensuring efficient workflows, processes, budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience.
- Experience with strategic PR planning, crisis management, team leadership, and impactful campaign development.
