Duties:
HR - handle all HR processes such as hiring, payroll, rewards, performance evaluation and training.
Compliance: Handling of customer feedback/complaints, compliance to Anti Money Laundering Policy
Leasing: Preparation of tenancy agreement, Liasing with tenants/landlords, timely review of company tenancy agreements and followups.
Any other Ah-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to speak English and Mandarin
Minimum ITE graduates. ( Fresh School Leavers welcome )
Training will be provided.
