# Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter and provide them with drink menus, answering any questions regarding ingredients and beverage options.
# Food Service:
- Serve prepared food items, such as cookies, pastries, and muffins, ensuring they are presented attractively.
# Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea, following established recipes and presentation standards.
# Order Management:
- Take customer orders accurately, paying attention to individual preferences regarding coffee blends, dairy, and sugar ratios.
# Payment Processing:
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
# Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational. Report any maintenance needs promptly.
# Stock Management:
- Keep track of inventory, ensuring that clean mugs, plates, and other necessary items are always available.
# Customer Feedback:
- Communicate customer feedback to management and suggest new menu items based on customer preferences.
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, with hands-on experience in operating brewing equipment.
# Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and basic math skills for handling payments.
# Flexibility:
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
# Education:
- A high school diploma is required; relevant training in food and beverage service is a plus
