Job Description:
- To promote company’s branding and be the customers advocate within assigned key customer accounts to achieve sales targets
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target for assigned spaces; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Develop relationships with EPC companies and key accounts to identify potential leads & opportunities
- Acts as a customer advocate and coordinate effort to achieve customers’ requirement
- Able to communicate comfortably with technical and commercial decision maker
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in assigned spaces and provide guidance to customers & team members to provide solutions
- Leads process improvement in area of expertise
- Review progress and be accountable towards revenue goals and targets
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ local and regional sales experience in F&B manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Pharma, Petrochemical and Power generation industries with project management knowledge
- Inter-personal and Influencing Skills - ability to work with people beyond his/her own team
- Willingness to travel to countries like Malaysia and Thailand for business needs.
