- Ambassador for the restaurant in projecting the right brand/vibe
- Taking food & beverage orders from guests
- Serving food & beverage to tables, paying extreme attention to detail
- Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner
- Assessing customer preferences and making food & beverage recommendations
- Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience
- Balancing cash receipts and tendering guest checks
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintaining high attention to sections and tables
- Assisting with turning tables during service, getting ready for the next seating
- Breaking down and resetting of the venue after service, ready for the next service period
- Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for all dietary requirements
- Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for available menu selection
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in restaurant service.
- A self-motivated and disciplined individual who is eager to learn
- A positive outgoing personality
