Overview of the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive Programs Marketing Lead to connect with and influence CxOs, senior decision-makers, and influencers of big bet accounts and key deals. By aligning closely with our sales colleagues and utilizing deep customer insights and hyper-personalized communications, you’ll help curate account-based and peer-to-peer conversations that address our customers’ top priorities, inspire transformation and growth, and showcase as a trusted partner. Our ASEAN Executive Programs aim to deepen influence within these accounts, expanding our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Independently manage key functional areas, including quarterly planning and, if applicable, budget proposals. Ensure accountability for the success of these initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, navigating challenges with minimal guidance. Your strategic acumen will be pivotal in aligning programs with company goals.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Display decisive leadership in setting objectives and determining approaches to critical assignments. Lead by example in high-visibility, cross-functional projects, mentoring, and inspiring team members.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex challenges proactively, achieving consensus among diverse viewpoints and implementing solutions. Ensure content strategy aligns with the company’s vision.
- Innovation and Motivation: Inspire the team through commitment to innovation and creativity. Cultivate a culture of creativity and dedication, essential for the success of our content strategy.
- ASEAN-Specific Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies tailored to the ASEAN market, integrating global themes with local nuances. This includes managing event content across ASEAN and aligning global marketing direction with local cultures for enhanced impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Performance Metrics: Collaborate with global and regional teams to synchronize localized content and campaigns. Use KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in C-level marketing, with the ability to develop and implement successful strategies. Prior experience in the ASEAN market and B2B marketing is highly desirable.
- Content Mastery: Creative thinker skilled in engaging diverse C-level audiences through compelling storytelling.
- Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate program performance and refine strategies. Solid background in strategic planning and budget management.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of ASEAN cultural diversity and ability to adapt content and strategies to resonate with different audiences.
- Project Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
- Consultative Approach: Proven success in working alongside marketers and content creators to achieve marketing objectives.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Highly adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
