Managing supply planning activities in response to demand with effective collaboration between Demand Management, Sales Operations, Quality, Procurement, Capacity Planning, and Factories Execution teams for timely execution of a feasible supply build plan to meet monthly and quarterly shipment targets.
• Establish an aligned build signal balancing supply chain and operations objectives – maximize revenue opportunities, meet demand on time, attain inventory service level targets, utilize resource constraints, etc.
• Manage supply disruption events and provide clear communication to partners on adjusted build plan and priorities, trade-offs and recommendations to meet customer demand.
• Develop supply risks and opportunities to demand and drive risk mitigation action plan to minimize disruption and maximize revenue opportunities
• Project supply accurately to guide reliable commitments to customer orders and sales plan attainment
• Identify and drive enhancement improvement to supply planning capability through understanding of process and system gaps
• Monitor BE inventory health and drive necessary build plan adjustments to meet service level targets and fill rate metrics.
• Provide qualitative supply chain impact analysis to planned and unplanned quality event
• Interface to partners for build plan, supply risk and opportunities, Backend inventory health and On-Time Entitled Customer Request Date (eCRD) attainment
Education
- Master’s Degree / MBA preferred in the field of Industrial Engineering, analytics or Supply Chain/Operations
- APICS Certified will be an added advantage
- 0-2 Years experience
A supply chain engineer is an engineering professional who applies the principles of management science, industrial engineering, operations research, and analytics for the design, control, and systems on the business of supply chain management. The work of supply chain engineer also includes collaboration and optimization of supply chain operations with partners and stakeholders, including Sales, Business Unit, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Outsource Operations team.

• Undergrad in Engineering and Masters in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
