My client is a leading global data center provider known for delivering secure, high-performance infrastructure solutions to support the digital operations of businesses worldwide.
Job Description
- Keep the Quality Management System effective, following company's guidelines and certification standards.
- Handle Data center certification strategy and plan for audits.
- Perform internal audits to meet internal and global standards.
- Coordinate external certification audits as per the plan.
- Maintain a central database to track issues and improvements found in audits, identify the causes, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Work to bring different management systems under one Integrated Management System for better efficiency and certification compliance.
- Continuously update instructional documents for the QMS.
- Keep the document management system organized and up to date.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality.
- Assist the Senior Director of Quality & Accreditation with regular reporting and management reviews.
- Help other departments maintain high-quality standards and support them with client requests and audit
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder or equivalent professional experience in Data Center industry
- Strong knowledge of management systems and related certifications in Data Center
- 5 years+ of relevant experience in quality management.
- Ability to work well in an international team environment.
