In order to support its development in AsiaPacific, ECOCERT is looking for an Export Document Officer, for its Organic and Sustainable Agriculture division.
We want a highly motivated, energetic, experienced, detail oriented, customer centric individual to perform export document management tasks and be part of the growth of the business in the region.
Tasks:
You will be responsible for performing the following (non-exhaustive list) :
· vet all export documents from our clients and ensure adherence to relevant regulations to deliver certificate of export
• maintain contact with customers to inform them on the status of their requests
• inform clients, in a customer centric way, about missing information, documents or challenges with their applications
• answer client requests in a timely manner and provide helpful information to customers
• be part of the process to suggest initiatives for increasing operational efficiency
• exhibit professional conduct at all times in performing day-to-day tasks
• keep updated with changes in regulations and ensure internal training is completed
• update and maintain company CRM
• work in strong collaboration with other Ecocert colleagues and teams
• provide monthly operation updates and activity reports with KPI monitoring
Experience / Education
• Bachelor Degree with majors in logistics, international business or supply chain
• Fluent in both written & oral English. Fluent in other languages is a plus
• Problem solver and autonomous
• Highly organized and attention to details
• Successful previous experience in similar position
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Microsoft proficiency
