Job Description & Requirements

  • Prepare daily schedule for on-field teams
  • Preparation of pictorial reports for monthly submissions
  • Preparation of quotations as and when required
  • Collecting of mails
  • Answer clients’ queries (email / call / whatsapp)
  • Disseminating information to teams
  • Maintenance of office (eg. Filing, notice board, etc)
  • Undertake any ad-hoc task or project as assigned.


Requirements


  • Good proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally
  • Able to work independently
  • 5-days work week (Monday to Friday)
