Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Support marketing and sales efforts aligned with company strategy.
New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, arrange meetings, and present promotional strategies to secure new business.
Client Support & Relationship Building: Maintain regular communication with existing clients, providing suggestions for improvement to strengthen relationships.
Market & Data Research: Analyze industry trends and customer needs, and prepare detailed reports for strategic planning.
Networking & Social Media Support: Attend industry events to promote the company, and support our social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in business development within the interior design or architecture industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset
No Japanese language skill needed
