Responsibilities:
· Provide maintenance and support for Customers' Enterprise/Vessel Project
· Hands-on experience in any Windows/Linux desktop or server upgrades
· Perform troubleshooting and problem identification for any desktop/server services
· Able to perform as the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests
· Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
· Provide documentation for deployments
· Must be able to learn and work independently
· Basic understanding in network implementation
Requirements:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
· Required to have minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on technical support experience in SI Environment
· Fast-paced environment
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
· Good communication and writing skills
· Strong customer service orientation
· Able to work independently
