Student Support Accordinator

Student Support

  • Respond to all enquiries (email, telephone and walk in) providing advice when necessary to prospective parents, ensure that the school provides all applicants with the relevant and accurate information;
  • Assist the Manager with all matters relating to student admissions, including student contract, student pass application, insurance coverage, etc;
  • Keep prospective pupil files up-to-date;
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the smooth transition of student transfer;
  • Responsible for maintaining the admission database for the school management review;
  • Work closely with Finance on all matters pertaining to the fee payment, such as student tuition fee, agent commission, etc and ensure the correct procedure is followed;
  • Collaborate with the team to conduct student surveys, collate data and produce a report for trend analysis.
  • Participate in the school committees and events as and when required;
  • Any other duties commensurate with the nature of the job, as determined by the school.


Marketing

  • Plan and organise all the school tours by prospective parents, including staff liaison and all related matters;
  • Negotiate contracts with agent and to promote and market the school, establish distribution networks and develop distribution strategies;
  • Produce slides and seminar materials for marketing events;
  • Produce brochures and marketing materials for management approval;
  • Organise, coordinate and participate in local/overseas promotional activities and open house, work with internal school departments, agents, parents to market products and services.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in the educational industry;
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field;
  • Team player with positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude and initiative;
  • Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organisation & interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must;
  • Possess good written and spoken communication skills;
  • Marketing knowledge will be an advantage.
