Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and schedule sales visit on a regular basis as determined by the management, to build effective relationship and provide excellent service to the customers and ensure consistent standards are maintained.
- Feedback on product quality and complaints from customers and consumers.
- Secure visible shelve space based on planogram and setup displays to attract shoppers’ and consumers’ attention. Tidying in-store shelves and removing damaged stock.
- Ensure stocks freshness and reduction in expired products.
- Assist sales team with special promotions by setting-up special in-store displays and window displays.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team in managing inventory, trade promotion, activities execution and placing of orders to replenish sufficient stocks to achieve the agreed sales target.
- Participate when necessary in promotional events such as roadshows, sampling, and instore promotion activities.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma in any field.
- Good commercial and communication skills.
- Team player with positive attitude to build and maintain relationships.
- Initiative, result oriented in fast-paced environment and analytical.
- Willing to travel as and when required.
