Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst cum Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Modern Workplace to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other components of the Power Platform suite. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, processes, and streamline operations through automation and efficient application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform and recommend improvements or enhancements based on emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior System Analyst cum Developer with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Modern Workplace.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its integration capabilities with Power Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Power Apps solutions with a focus on user experience and functionality.
- Proficiency in Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation and integration.
- Experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and business intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as Power Apps Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Azure, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
