People360 is a specialized healthcare recruitment agency based in Singapore since 2014, serving public and private hospitals. In our next growth phase, we are looking to expand our recruitment services to pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical device manufacturers. This expansion will strengthen our position in the healthcare services market.


Position Summary

As the Division Manager (Exec Search) for the Healthcare & Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in building, managing, and expanding our executive search (permanent placements, temp & contracting, payroll parking, outsourcing, rpo) capabilities in this high-growth sector.

This position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences market, strong client development skills, and a hands-on approach to recruiting top talent for senior-level roles and building a team of recruitment consultants to support the various functions.


Role Reporting: CEO


Key Responsibilities:


Division Strategy & Development:

  • Establish the Healthcare & Life Sciences division, creating a growth strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Define business goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial targets to drive the division’s success and profitability.

Business Development & Client Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and life sciences organizations, including hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and medical device manufacturers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understanding each client’s specific talent needs and providing customized recruitment solutions.
  • Present and negotiate service offerings, building long-term, trusted partnerships with clients.

End-to-End Search Execution:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial client consultation and candidate sourcing to assessment, selection, and placement.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top talent, ensuring a high standard of candidate delivery for each search assignment.
  • Provide clients with market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment trends within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants and researchers specializing in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Create a positive and results-oriented team culture that promotes collaboration, professional development, and accountability.
  • Conduct training and skill-building sessions to enhance team members’ expertise in executive search and client relationship management.
  • Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with the recruitment team and manage the performance

Market Intelligence & Strategic Innovation:

  • Stay informed about emerging trends, regulatory developments, and talent needs in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and innovative recruitment strategies to position the division as a trusted resource for industry talent.

Key Metrics for the Role:

  1. The full responsibility of the financial performance of the division (Revenue & Profit)
  2. Client Acquisition and Retention Metrics
  3. Team Performance Management and Development
  4. New Service Lines Creation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 7+ years of executive search or recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in business development and client management within a recruitment or talent acquisition context.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on achieving results.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary S$5000 - S$7000
  • Year-End Division % Profit Sharing
  • Year End Company Bonus
