Job Description
- Draft and design M&E system
- Quality take off for MEP services and preparing all requirement documentations
- Checking inspections and testing after installation
- Providing construction drawings, testing and commissioning support during project execution
- Coordination with customer, civil contractor, architectures and other
- M&E contractors for resolving interface issues and technical clarifications
- Designing duct sizing by hand calculation and by using duct checker software
- Designing Mechanical Ventilation Fan, Grilles and Diffusers sizing
- Supporting senior modeler for CSD and all other requirements for submission
Job Requirements
- At least minimum Diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV
- Able to start immediately would be highly advantageous
- Experience in managing LTA Projects
- Candidate with BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM will be an added advantage
