Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensures to run a smooth, efficient, and productive shift
- Handles guest's queries and feedback
- Responsible for cash management of the POS
- Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews in the delivery of excellent guest experience
- Ensures prompt, efficient, friendly, and accurate service
- Lead by example and providing timely feedback on areas of opportunities
- Promotes good teamwork to achieve set goals/targets
- Ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements and practices
- Ensures equipment and stations’ maintenance schedules are executed accordingly
- Delegates and perform assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Follows up and adhere to Company policies and procedures accordingly
- Attends meetings as requested
