Responsibilities:
- Manage the Customer Excellence and Sales Team
- Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Present and negotiate proposals, closing deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service from enquiries, delivery to post sales feedbacks & follow up
- Prepare quotations & invoices for customers
- Managing key accounts and corporate portfolio
- Keep track & follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Prepare weekly sales reports to be submitted timely to management
- Any other taskings assigned by the Management
