- Prepare Agreements for Subcontractors, Tenants and Employees
- Renew Trade licenses
- Apply Government Temporary Occupantion Licence for project sites
- Arrange Insurances for contracts/projects
- Draft correspondences and response to emails
- Maintain accurate records of documents
- Assist in renewal of ISO standards
- Monitoring and good follow-up skill with the tasks entrusted
- Assist management in adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Responsible, organized and multitask
- Able to communicate with all levels
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred at least 2 year working experience in related field
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply. On the job training will be provided.
- Those who can start work immediately or short notice will have high chance of being shortlisted.
