Job Description
- Make calls to prospective / new customers from sources provided
- Calling from available database of existing clients or new clients with interest
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Identify and assess customer’s needs
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMSs
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
- Generation of daily report
- Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups
Job Requirements
- Candidates with experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry are preferred.
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking employees.
