Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions
- Performance Management

- HRMS management
- Participate in other HR programs
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or General Degree
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and general HRIS
- Passion to work in a social service agency.
- A good team player
- Ability to work with staff at all levels.
- Experience in the Early Childhood sector will be an added advantage.
