- Responsible for the daily smooth performance of the restaurant
- Plans and sets daily & monthly sales target
- Organizes marketing activities such as promotional events and other related schemes
- Recruiting, training & motivating staff
- Prepares and handle event order
- Handles customer complaints and resolves them
- Maintains high standard of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
- Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor/kitchen employees and director’s board
- Plans and prepares staff rotas
- Maintain stocks and ensure par level is met on daily operation
- In-charge of training and imparting knowledge of wines and other beverages
- Liaise with the head chef and senior management in setting up operational budgets
- Oversees all work in shift and perform regular inspections in all areas
- Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
