Our client is looking for a Business Change Manager, who will report to the Business Management Lead for the Client Lifecycle Management program. The key focus would be to lead complex change initiatives within the organisation’s Front Office and play a key role in shaping and implementing the Front Office’s change management strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the change management specialists for the front office.
- Support the Bank’s transformation and change programs in respect of front office engagement and business integration to support appropriate front office behaviors and enable business effectiveness. An immediate focus is the Bank’s CLM TOM Program.
- Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, and change readiness activities which impact the front office.
- Support, facilitate, design, and deliver change delivery, communication and engagement strategies or implementation plans for the front office working closely with or following the lead of the change, including as appropriate:
- development of relevant success measures of change initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- analysis and presentation of structured and unstructured data and information for business decisions
- coordination, facilitation and/or leading of discussions with stakeholders to assess available and discover
alternative options for business outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in change management and leading large-scale change initiatives.
- Relevant experience in or understanding of private banking, preferably in the front office.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate organizational complexity and influence and guide senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Is solution driven, outcome focused and embraces challenges in evolving and uncertain environments.
- Has natural aptitude to quickly understand key elements of the business, product or service and/or processes in question.
- Can dissect, organise and frame complex issues for analysis, solutioning and communication with different stakeholders.
- Is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to discover the necessary information from specialist stakeholders.
- Is self-driven, persistent and independent.
