We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our Electrical department business. This full-time position will play a key role in helping us meet and exceed business targets while contributing to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and build strong relationships with assigned customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Proactively seek new sales leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products to potential clients.
- Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals, and effectively address customer complaints or objections.
- Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and improve results.
- Collect and share feedback from customers or prospects with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Willingness to work outside of regular office hours for setup and teardown of promotional events.
- Minimum O-level qualification.
