Job Description:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for infrastructure and building projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
- Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to optimize mechanical designs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and reports

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex mechanical engineering projects
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and AutoCAD
- Experience working with and coordinating multidiscipline design teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in project management and budget control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
