Responsibilities:
· Lead and Schedule Operation department team daily schedule (Supervisors and Technicians)
· Deliver cost budgeting and practice lean resource management to drive operation cost down with the use of IT and technology
· Ensure projects are carried out within budget and resources are allocated appropriately with safety compliances
· Provide strategies and measurement to ensure each team is performing to standard and ensure each headcount are value adding to the company’s productivity and efficiency
· Provide and arrange internal or external training to upskill everyone
· Discipline and conduct safety awareness talks and training
· Drive absentees’ rate, overtime rate and defect job rates to the lowest
· Ensure project delivered and signed off by the clients (Delivery Order) and materials receive are accordingly to orders
· Manage Logistic and inventory team to ensure all delivery and materials are account for
· Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
· Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
· Assist in HR related communications and procedures for the operation teams
· Assist in creating statistical reports for management.
· Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards

· Lead, manage and motivate allocated team member(s)
· Develop clear goals that is in line with Management’s direction
· Be an excellent team player/mentor to collaborate with the internal and external teams/business partners
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation management with blue collar workers
· Dip/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
· Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project
· Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, strong business acumen, project management and good conversational/writing skills in English.
