Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the
constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project. - To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project
requirements. - Assist the Project Manager to oversee all site projects operations, functions & requirements.
- Overseeing all technical matters, attending clients and consultants meetings and
coordination of M&E and architectural works. - Planning and sequencing of the construction works according to the master and detailed
construction programs. - Co-ordinate the site operations with sub-con and supplier.
- Liaise with client, consultants and authorities on resolving technical issues, monitor site
progress against target. - Plan, procure, monitor and control of resources, such as manpower, machineries and
material to execute site works within time and cost - Lead coordination meeting with Site Manager, Site Engineers & Sub contractors.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment, aiming for zero accident and near
miss. - Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possesses Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of related experience
