Job Description
- Sales Support: Assist with quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Order Management: Process orders and track deliveries.
- CRM Management: Update customer records and sales data.
- Client Coordination: Schedule meetings and handle inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain sales reports and documentation.
- Invoicing: Coordinate billing and follow up on payments.
Requirements
- Prefer candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in fast-paced environment/ short notice period
- Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders
- Enjoy interacting and communicating with people and maintaining a good rapport
