Managing of customers’ relationship and feedbacks
Taking care of customers’ reservation and verifying of payment
Explaining treatment and package details to customers
Managing recruitment of beauty staff
Preparing work schedules for beauty staff
Setting goals for each staff member and evaluate their performance
Ensuring that the business achieves projected sales target and profit
Monitoring and restocking of beauty supplies
Ensuring spa facilities and equipments are maintained to a high standard
Implementing of marketing campaign to attract new customers
Managing of social media platforms and website of the beauty
Ensuring that proper safety measures are put in place and adhere to
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 8 Year(s) of working experience in Sales/Business management/beauty management
Very knowledgeable in spa products and treatments
Certification in spa services and massage services will be added advantage
Experience in managing multiple branches will be added advantage
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Able to work on weekends
No fix working hours
Good learning attitude
