Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other platforms as necessary.
- Processing and handling customers’ orders (including walk-in).
- Assist with shipping and delivery activities.
- Maintain company records, files, and databases.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
