You will serve as a key link between our brand and our customers, playing a critical role in both customer acquisition and retention. By planning and executing strategic activities, you will work to attract new customers while nurturing relationships with existing ones. Leveraging on your experience, you will effectively communicate our brand value, align with our marketing strategies, and contribute to enhancing brand perception and ultimately, to drive product sales performance and fostering brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute effective strategies to meet company goals.
2. Strengthen our brand’s online presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tiktok and Threads etc by developing engaging content and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
3. Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms.
4. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers through social media, events, and pet shows.
5. Analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, popular pet-related topics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, with a strong passion for engaging and interacting through these channels.
2. Experience with various digital media platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing tools.
